The gull in flight in the photos below was on the Bow River in Calgary on March 29, 2012. The first photo shows it in the company of Ring-billed, California, and Herring Gulls; the second is a cropped version of the first. Identifications proposed for it include Glaucous Gull, Glaucous-winged Gull, and a hybrid of those two species. Any other input is welcome.
